Sarah B. Freeman, O.D.

Dr. Sarah “Sally” Freeman is a graduate of Auburn University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1991. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1995 and completed an ocular disease residency at Omni Eye Services in Atlanta the following year. She established Effingham Eye Care in September, 2003.

Kerry Freeman, O.D.

Dr. Kerry Freeman graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1995. He has practiced in Effingham County since 1999 and joined Effingham Eye Care in May, 2007.

Drs. Kerry and Sally Freeman have lived in Effingham County since 1999 and have two daughters, Kate and Anna. They are active members of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Effingham where Sally previously served as Senior Warden. Dr. Sally Freeman is also a member and past president of Rincon Noon Lions Club.
